Kyrgyz State Secretary Visits Osh State University
Osh State University hosted Kyrgyz State Secretary Marat Imankulov and Oktyabr Kapalbaev, Deputy Head of the Department of Political and Economic Research of the Presidential Administration, on October 24.
The meeting with university faculty and students was held within the framework of the “National Spirit – Global Heights” initiative.
During the event, State Secretary Imankulov discussed the goals of the initiative and highlighted the importance of youth participation in national development, promoting values, and fostering civic responsibility.
He also presented certificates to 54 employees who completed the training program conducted at Osh State University from October 22 to 24. The training covered national ideology, state language development, and modern public awareness strategies.
In his remarks, the State Secretary emphasized that the initiative is a key step in implementing the President’s policy to strengthen national ideology and support the spiritual growth of Kyrgyz society.
