Documents required for participation in the competitive election must be submitted within one month to the Academic Secretary of the university.

List of required documents for participation in the competition:

For employees of Osh State University:
The list of documents, along with sample forms, is available on the official website of Osh State University
(Website: Osh State University – University – Academic Council https://www.oshsu.kg/ru/page/184).

For employees of institutions outside Osh State University, the following documents are required:

  1. Application for participation in the competition (addressed to the Rector of Osh State University);
  2. Personal record sheet for personnel accounting, certified at the place of employment (with a photograph);
  3. CV/resume and a reference-characterization from the previous place of employment;
  4. Copy of the employment record book, certified at the place of employment;
  5. List of published scientific and scientific-methodological works, certified by the administration at the place of employment;
  6. Copies of diplomas confirming education and academic degree, as well as certificates confirming academic titles, certified by a notary or by the personnel department of the place of employment.

For elected candidates, Osh State University must be the primary place of employment.
