Each week, members of the department's working group attend meetings on each standard. The meetings draw up plans for each standard, select chairs, discuss each sub-item, and appoint responsible members for each sub-item. The meetings are held offline at the International Faculty of Medicine. Each week, tasks are given to each member of the working group, during the week they collect all the necessary materials and are discussed and supplemented in subsequent meetings.
