Charles Carlson read guest lectures at the Faculty of World Languages and Cultures of Osh State University, where students, undergraduates and faculty took part.

Professor Charles Carlson met with Abdigany Abduvaliyev, vice-rector of the Osh State University for International Relations. At this meeting issues of cooperation between OshSU and American universities and colleges were dicussed. Thus, the parties exchanged views on the possibility of student exchange, sending students from Osh State University to two-year English courses to American colleges.
