On October 2016, Osh State University and Andijan State University signed Memorandum of Understanding on the state Level.
On 10 of October, 2017 the delegation from Andijan State University B. Nasyrov -dean of physical training faculty, I. Ovhunov dean of physics and mathematics faculty, F. Alimov – Head of International Relations Office, M. Temirova – Senior lecturer of Kyrgyz language and literature chair, U. Ahmedova - women`s council, A. Imirsinova – Head of Scientific department, E. Smesova – specialist of Trade Union, E. Holmirzaev – leader of Youth Commettee came with working visit.
The delegation visited medical clinic with modern infrastructure, virtual laboratory, international medical faculty, physiology laboratory, Kyrgyz-Chinese faculty. Besides these, OshSU also presented university`s electronic system, Data-center, IT Academy. The delegation met with the Kanybek Isakov, Rector of OshSU, representatives of the rectorate, deans of the faculties and discussed about future colaboration.
On 5 of December the delegation of OshSU on behalf of Idiris Kenjaev were in Andijan State University with working visit.
During the working visit the delegation of OshSU met with representatives of “International fund of Bobur” and learnt about its activity. OshSU delegation was also present at scientific, educational and cultural exhibition and saw the spectacle organized by talented students.
OshSU delegation visited faculties, modern laboratories, modern libraries of Andijan State University and met with their representatives.
As the result, both sides agreed to develop academic mobility, organization of joint conferences, students friendship festivals and other events.
At the meeting rector of Andijan State University, professor Akramjon Juldashev shared with his astonishment that OshSU is really an example for other universities with his resent modern achievments.
