Goal 1: In the field of education, the aim of the main professional education programs of secondary vocational education in the specialty 140212- "Power supply (by industry)" is a training in the field of fundamentals humanitarian, social, economic, mathematical and natural sciences, obtaining a secondary vocational education that allows the graduate to work successfully in the chosen field activities, have universal and subject-specialized competencies that contribute to its social mobility and stability in labor market.

Goal 2: In the field of personality education, the goal of the main professional educational program of secondary vocational education in specialty 140212 - "Power supply (by industry)" is formation of social and personal qualities of students: purposefulness, organization, diligence, responsibility, citizenship, communication, tolerance, improving their common culture.

Goal 3: Formation of cultural and moral values, professional and ethical responsibility, critical thinking skills, self-realization and self-education.

Goal 4: Formation of a graduate specialist-technician who owns professional skills that help to integrate to new conditions in professional activity.

Goal 5: Formation of skills for the use of interdisciplinary science in the implementation partnership projects in the field of electric power industry.

140212 - "Power supply by industry" provides for the achievement the following learning outcomes (LE):

PO-1: Able to organize own maintenance activities equipment of electrical substations and networks, choose methods and methods performance of professional tasks, evaluate their effectiveness and quality, be able to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, management, clients;

RO-2: Able to solve problems, find and repair damage to equipment, make decisions in standard and non-standard situations, take responsibility for the work of team members (subordinates) and their training in workplace, for the result of completing tasks, to show initiative and responsibility in ensuring the safe production of planned and emergency work in electrical installations and networks;

RO-4: Capable of searching and performing inspection, status analysis devices and instruments used in the repair and adjustment of equipment; interpret and use the information needed to effectively fulfillment of professional tasks, professional and personal development;

PO-5: Able to perform basic maintenance work on transformers, overhead and cable power lines, converters electrical energy, switchgear equipment electrical installations, relay protection systems, automated systems;

RO-6: Able to manage own personal and professional development, adapt to changes in working conditions and technologies in the professional activities; develop and execute technological and reporting documentation, be ready for organizational and managerial work;
