Get an invitation

In order to receive an invitation, we ask you to send us at the below emails or representatives of foreign companies, which cooperate with Osh state University on the basis of the contract (contact information provided below) copy of your passport (page with photo) and a document about education for the invitation. Your invitation will be issued by the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

The cost of invitations to study in KR depends on the rates of the DCS of the MFA of the Kyrgyz Republic and the urgency of paperwork.

Attention! We kindly request a copy of the passport must be in the appropriate format and legible.

Step 2 To apply for a visa

After receiving the invitation of the DCS of the MFA of the Kyrgyz Republic to study at Osh state University, You must come to the Embassy or Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in the country of residence for visa to enter the territory of theKR.

Step 3 To prepare the documents

Before entering KR for learning be sure to prepare in the country of permanent residence the following documents:

• Translation of documents on education in Russian language, notarized at the Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in the country of issue of the document on education;

• Education documents must be legalized (Apostilled) in due order (information can be obtained from the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic)

• Medical certificate about absence of contraindications for study abroad (no HIV, AIDS, tuberculosis). The certificate must be translated into Russian language and notarized.

Step 4 Bring document

1) Upon arrival in KR to be in the Main building of Osh state University to the Office of personnel in the Department on work with foreign students (331 Lenin St., 2 floor, KAB. 205) for a timely filing at the public service Center in the Department of passport and visa registration work. Registration requires the original passport and a copy.

Important ! Registration of a foreign citizen shall be made promptly within 3 days.

2) After registering, report to the Main building of Osh state University to the Office of personnel in the Department on work with foreign students (331 Lenin street, 1 floor, KAB. 103).

To provide the following documents for admission to the University:

• passport (original);

• document on education (original) and the Annex to it;

• translation of documents on education in Russian language, notarized in the Russian Consulate in the issuing country of the document on education or in the notary office in the Kyrgyz Republic;

• certificate of equivalence of the document on education issued by the Ministry of education and science of KR;

• personal application form addressed to the rector of Osh state University;

• certificate of absence of HIV infection, certified by an official health authority of the contributing countries;

• 12 black-and-white matte photos 3x4.

Important ! Please note that the document on education needs to be LEGALIZED (or have an APOSTILLE) in the prescribed manner (information about legalization can be obtained at the Kyrgyz Embassy in your country).

Step 5 Take shape

Documents on education of the CIS countries do not need legalization.

• Write a statement to conclude the contract on rendering of paid educational services and to pay for training.

• A copy of the payment receipt to submit to the Department of personnel in the Department on work with foreign students.

• Get directions to the entrance tests (exams) in the Management of personnel in the Department on work with foreign students.

• Buy a medical insurance policy. To undergo a further medical examination (if necessary).

• Review the order of admission to the University.

Step 6 To start training

The deadline on the admission to entrance examinations according to the order Minister statutory and science.

Important! After admission to Osh state University in a timely manner extend visa and registration. To provide document in visa extension and registration 20 days before the expiry of the visa.

Visa extension

To extend the visa of foreign students 20 days prior to the expiration of the validity period of the visa must report to the Main building of Osh state University to the Office of personnel in the Department on work with foreign students (331 Lenin St., 2 floor, KAB. 205) on the extension of the visa and provide the following documents:

• filled questionnaire of the established sample;

• 1 photo 3x4;

• copy of passport validity of passport should not expire earlier than 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa;

• copy of visa;

• a copy of the contract for training;

• proof of payment of state duty for the visa extension.

• copy of a valid registration.
