The main professional educational program

080403- The Main Educational Program of speciality “expert on commodities” .

080403. The profession “ expert on commodities and examination of commodities” was opened in 2015. The right to conduct educational activity on the basis of license 15-0225 is given out, from protocol 7-82, ЛС 150000485, from the commission on accreditation, and licensing in Department of Education and Science. Form of training is daily (daylight hours), the standard period of study on the basis of the ninth grade is for 2 years and 10 months, on the basis of eleventh grade is 1 year 10 months

080403 The mission of the educational program of the profession of commodity and examination of goods is to prepare competent professionals to develop the people′s living standards including the requirements of the labour market, check out the expertise necessary goods which people produced in our country and that imported from other countries

The aims of the main educational program:

1. to recognize productive and unproductive goods on the basis of basic and professional competences, to certify and standardize products, to prepare specialists who will be able to successfully perform the duties according to international standards.

2. Formation of organizational and managerial and research skills, to evaluate expertly, in the field of commodity science, to assess the implementation of the tasks, on modern requirements.

3. Formation of professionally significant qualities, such as purposefulness, organization, responsibility, independence, citizenship, tolerance and perseverance and ability on the basis of fundamental, social, and human sciences.

Student who graduated from college, will be able to achieve the following learning outcomes (teaching results):

Ро 1. Is able to understand the essence and social significance of his profession, use the basic provisions of mathematical, natural, humanitarian economics, management methods in solving professional problems, engage in self-education and personal development, use information and communication technologies

РО 2. Is able to express his thoughts clearly in the state and official languages, he can speak one of the foreign languages.


РО 3. I able to use the knowledge, necessary for a healthy lifestyle, and rational use of natural resources, to work in a team on democratic principles.

РО 4. Professional abilities on recognizing productive and unproductive goods.

РО 5.Specific point of view about standardize goods, and keeping their engagement and expert assessment.

РО 6. Recognizing with standard documents about certification and metrology of goods.

РО 7. Is able to apply professional obligations through marketing.

РО 8. Is able to conduct business on products in the commercial, industrial, government and logistics centers, municipal and state offices

РО 9. Is able to assess, to evaluate quality of the products by organoleptic method in the export process.

РО 10. Is able use his knowledge about legal acts of the К. R, consumer protection, able to control the range of goods in trading companies.

РО 11 Is able to use knowledge about the procedures of certification of exported and imported goods.

РО-12 Is able to develop organizational work in public and private enterprises, to evaluate analyzing the data of financial and statistical information, to manage professional and personal development.

Forming competences in the field of commodity science and expertise consumer goods.

ОК 1. To possess a holistic system of scientific knowledge about the surrounding world, the ability to navigate the values of life and culture.

ОК-2 Ability to use basic provisions of mathematical/ Humanities/ Sciences in solving professional problems.

1. Managing merchandise assortments:

*PC 1.1. Identify needs of goods

*PC 1.2.To contact with customers and with suppliers of goods and know about their rights.

*PC 1. 3. Manage the flow and size of the goods

2. Examination and evaluation of the quality of goods:

* PC 2.1.To identify products assortments.

* PC 2.2.assess the quality of goods and to organize them

* PC 2.3. to perform tasks of a higher qualification expert on the exportation of standardization and certification of goods.

3. The division of organizational Affairs:

* PC 3. 1.Able to plan for the organization.

* PC 3. 2.Plan the activities of the important things.

*PC 3.3. To manage collective works.

* PC 3.4. monitoring and evaluation of results of actions performed.

* PC 3.5. Preparation of reports

Productive and non-productive goods

•PC 4.1. Training on productive and on unproductive products and their application in practice.

• PC 4.2.To work out policies about the range, price for these goods.

• PC 4.3.Evaluation according to the requirements to decipher the markings.

• PC 4.4.To control the documents of the goods, to determine the shelf life of the product and the conditions in which this product is stored.

• PC4.5. Identify packing, quality of goods according to the requirements and sanitary - and-epidemiologic requirements.
