"Material and technical base of the Department of Energy
The organization of the educational process in the direction of "Electric Power and Electrical Engineering" is carried out on the basis of the Faculty of Physics and Technology in the main and 15th educational buildings of Osh State University, all conditions have been created for students to receive a quality education. Lectures and practical classes are held in the main building of Osh State University No. 206 (28 m2), 210 (32 m2), 209 (30 m2), 207 (28 m2), 229 (49 m2), 230 (16 m2), 231 (16 m2) ), in classrooms, and laboratory classes are held in specialized laboratory rooms 104 (42 m2) and 213 (49 m2) of the 15th building. Rooms No. 110 (4 m2), 105 (16 m2) of building 15 are used for teachers of the department. To improve the material and technical base of the Department of Energy for high-quality training of bachelors and masters in the direction of "Electric Power and Electrical Engineering", a tender was announced for the purchase of modern laboratory equipment with a total cost of 2,154,133.44 soms. As a result of the tender, the material and technical base of the Department of Energy was replenished with new modern educational and laboratory equipment for a total of 1,462,538 soms. Training laboratories have been updated in the following disciplines taught at the Department of Energy:
• Electrical safety in power supply systems (25 laboratory works);
• Relay protection and automation in power supply systems (9 laboratory works);
• Electric power systems and networks (10 laboratory works);
• Installation, construction and operation of electrical equipment (24 laboratory works);
• Electric machines (12 laboratory works);
• A modern virtual laboratory has been received (46 laboratory works).
• Electrical safety in power supply systems – Alexander-01 simulator dummy.
