On February 28, 2020, with the decision of Protocol No. 7 of the Council of Scientists of OshSU, the following decision was approved on issue No. 3 "To increase the effectiveness of the structural structures, faculties and colleges of the University and to adapt them to the needs of the moment", and from June 12, 2020, OshSU has a new "College of International Education Programs" providing secondary vocational education was established. Colleges of secondary professional education of the faculties of world languages ​​and culture, oriental studies and history, and Russian philology were added to the composition of the college. Aida Kaparovna Zulpukarova, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor, the teacher of the Faculty of World Languages and Culture, was appointed as the director of the college, 2 departments "Foreign language" and "Translation work" were established in the college.

      From June 15, 2021, on the basis of the order No. 1944-FHD/21 of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with the regulation "On secondary professional educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the Resolution No. 53 of February 3, 2004, the following changes have been made to the structures of the colleges of OshSU: Industrial-pedagogical and the subject cycle commission serving language subjects (Kyrgyz language and literature, history studies, Russian language and literature, foreign languages) of Finance and Law Colleges (Cyclic Commission of General Education Disciplines and Languages ​​of the Finance and Law College, Cyclic Language Disciplines of Industrial-Pedagogical College Commission) was transferred to the College of International Education, where 3 (intercollegiate Kyrgyz language and history studies, Russian language and literature, foreign languages) subject-cycle commissions were created independently and proposed. These structures serve the language subjects of four colleges (Financial and Law College, "STEM" innovative college of OshSU, Industrial-Pedagogical College, College of International Education Programs). Based on this decision, the department of "Social Disciplines" was created in the College of International Education Programs, including "Kyrgyz Language and Literature, History Studies", "Russian Language and Literature", "English Language" and "Chinese Language". In the 2020-2021 academic year, 56 teachers and professors worked in the college, and with the opening of a new department, teachers of language subjects from colleges (IPC, FLC, STEM innovative) came, and the number of Professoriel teaching staff reached 109. On July 8 of the same year, by order No. 2331-FHD/21, the College of Secondary Professional Education of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty of OshSU was canceled and its teachers and students were added to the College of International Education Programs.

      In the 2022-2023 academic year, in connection with the independent accreditation of the specialty "Translation Studies" of the College of International Education Programs, the following structural changes were introduced: the department "Social Disciplines", created by order of the rector of OshSU dated July 8, 2021. The number of employees with full-time positions) were transferred directly to management of the directorate: Kyrgyz language and literature, Manas studies - 16 people, Russian language and literature - 17 people, English language - 13 people. SCC Chinese, a graduate of the SCC at the remote department (social disciplines), was added to the Department of Translation Work: Oriental Languages. Currently, the College of International Educational Programs has 3 departments: "Foreign language", "Translation work: English", "Translation work: Oriental languages" and "Kyrgyz language and literature, narrativistics", "Russian language and literature", "The subject cycle commission of English language" employs 145 professors and teaching staff.
