On April 8, 2021, a scientific and practical conference "Spiritual development of the future generation is a guarantee of the country's modern development" was held at Osh State University.
At the conference, Advisor of the Prime Minister Kanybek Osmonaliev made a report "Orientation to spiritual and moral development and a healthy lifestyle - the core of the state ideology". The rapporteur noted the emergence and formation of state ideology in the minds of the people over the centuries as a result of continuous experience, views on life and accumulated spiritual and moral values.
Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Sydyk Smadiyarov, Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Gapyr Madaminov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Abdumitalip Murzakmetov spoke about the importance of national traditions, family and social values in their speeches. The scientific forum was organized in the implementation of the Decree of President Sadyr Zhaparov "On spiritual and moral development and physical education of the individual" and in order to enhance activities in the cultural, humanitarian, scientific, educational and physical development of the individual.
