On November 6-9, Teacher of the Faculty of Arts of Osh State University Elaman Zhalalov took part in the II international online festival "Koz zhagyrygy-2020" and won first place in the singing nomination.

The festival was attended by representatives of Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Altai (Russia), etc.
