Employees of the Department of World Literature, Faculty of Russian Philology, Osh State University under the leadership of Professor Sabirova V.K. , Associate Professor Asanova D.A. returned from an expedition to study the life, life and spiritual culture of the Pamir Kyrgyz people who moved to Afghanistan in the Alai region of the Osh region.
We visited the village of Sary Mogol and met with immigrants. The trip was very fruitful. We were greeted with great hospitality, gladly told us about our story, showed some customs, sang folk songs.
We managed to write down interesting myths and legends, cats, playing on the suit of the Pamir Kyrgyz. The meeting was held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We add that they live in the old school, stick together, with the local population have not yet merged. They receive humanitarian aid and need it, since there is no employment. The first contact is established.
