In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On spiritual and moral development and physical education", in order to support the improvement of the social situation in the cities of Karakul and Toktogul of the Jalal-Abad region, a seminar was held on the topic: "Spiritual values of the future generation - morality and education" with the participation of Almazbek Eshnazarov, the founder of the international educational complex "Friendship of Peoples", dean of the faculty of theology of Osh State University, Associate Professor Zaylabidin Azhimamatov, the Mayor's office of Kara-Kul, the City Board of Education, teaching staff of educational institutions, with the participation of parents, employees of the Department for Work with Adolescents of the City Ministry of Internal Affairs and teachers of the faculty of theology of Osh State University and the gymnasium "Yyman". At this seminar, he spoke on the topic: vice dean of the faculty of theology, Professor, Dr. Yusuf Dogan - "Kinship in Islam", vice chairman of the Council of Ulema Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, and Associate Professor of the faculty of theology Aripov Niyaz - "Family in Islam", vice dean for research of the faculty of theology Abduganiev Asilbek - "The role and importance of morality in Islam" and director of the gymnasium "Yyman" of Osh State University Tahir Mehdioglu - "The role of education in Islam". All participants of the seminar were awarded books from the press of the Turkish Diyanet Foundation and the Faculty of Theology of Osh State University, such as "Divani Hikmat", "Imam Abu Hanifa zhana Hanafiy Mazhaby", "Kyrgyzdardyn Musulmandashuu Taryhy", "Ahli Sunnottun Zalkar Aalymy Imam Maturidi zhana Maturidilik", "Adep Ahlaktyn Diniy Negizderi", children's "Angemelerdin Negizinde 40 Duba" and others.
