On November 14, 2019, a scientific and practical conference «Connection between science and religion» was held at OSU. The conference was attended by the Chairman of the Ulema Council of Abibilla Kadyrberdiev, head of the apparatus of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan Sadybakkas Doolov, Deputy Chairman of the Ulema Council Niazali Aripov, kazy of the Osh region Samidin Atabaev, a specialist of the southern region of the state Commission on religious Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Borumuhhamed Esenov, rector of Osh state University associate Professor Kudaiberdi Kozhabekov, Dean of the faculty of theology associate Professor Zainabidin Azhimamatov, the Deputy dean of the faculty of theology Abdulmezhit Islamoglu, candidate of historical Sciences Nurumbetov Attokur, teachers of the faculty of theology, imams of districts and imams of mosques. During the conference, the Chairman of the Ulema Council of Abibilla Kadyrberdiev and head of the apparatus of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan Sadybakkas Doolov were awarded letters of thanks for successful cooperation with Osh state University by Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov. At the end of the conference, the Imam and religious workers were awarded with 7-volume book "Islam by Hadith”.
