In practical classes on the clinical subjects of the department: "Tropical infections" and "Infectious diseases" on the main nosologies of the subject such as Tropical helminths, HIV infection, AIDS, Viral hepatitis, OKI, ARVI, COVID-19, Malaria, the clinical guidelines and protocols of India are discussed. A clinical protocol is considered a normative document that defines the requirements for the performance of medical care for a patient with a certain disease, with a certain syndrome, or with a certain clinical situation in a medical organization. Clinical protocols are aimed at ensuring the integrity of the treatment and diagnostic process, continuity and interrelation in the provision of medical care in various medical organizations . The discussion of clinical protocols of India during practical classes allows the student to study the material more deeply on the latest data on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, choose the best method of prevention, and the analysis of clinical situational problems together with students on the innovative teaching method (PBL) within the framework of the topic under study allows students to go beyond the topic in the process of analyzing the patient's problem, thereby comprehensively analyze the proposed topic.
