On April 12, 2021, a Skype conference was held with graduates of the OSH State University's IMF, which is organized annually by the dean's office. The Skype conference was attended by more than 30 graduates from India and Pakistan and the faculty administration, as well as a representative of the southern branch of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training Irisov Askar. The main purpose of this conference is to exchange views, attract graduates to career guidance work, strengthen the unity of graduates, identify the problems they face after graduation and listen to their wishes and suggestions for improving the quality of the Educational Program. On the part of one of our graduates, Dr. Ayad Akhtar, it was proposed to create an exchange of experience between our medical clinic and the clinic where he works. He said that they are ready for a relationship, that they are ready to come to our clinic and exchange experience in the field of surgery. Many graduates expressed their gratitude to the faculty, many of them work in leading clinics in their country, and also offered to continue to focus more on the practical skills of students in teaching, to give them more opportunities to work with patients.
