On January 20, a meeting of teachers of the Department of Infectious Diseases was organized for students of the 4th year. Students were asked to collect materials and conduct research on the topic: "Epidemiological characteristics of Covid-19 in different states of India. Collect the following data:

- state population - when the first case of covid-19 was reported - number of patients who became ill from April 2020 to December 2020-how many of them are men, how many women and children - Concomitant diseases - number of patients who died, cause of death

The purpose of the research work is:

1. Attracting students interested in research work.

2. Organization of research work of students.

3. In-depth study of the chosen discipline by students. Organization of scientific conferences

The results of the collected data will be discussed at a conference next Thursday.
