Teaching and educational work

Teaching and educational work of students, along with educational work, is the most important activity of the university, i.e. the main goal in educating students is to prepare a competitive, comprehensively educated specialist capable of self-development and creative innovative activity.

The main direction of educational work at the university is the development of the necessary professional qualities in the students, such as diligence, the desire for self-improvement, professional ethics, the ability to make responsible decisions, the ability to work in a team. The leading role in achieving this goal is played by the teaching staff.

The state and society are interested in obtaining not only a highly professional specialist, but also a patriotic citizen with a high cultural level, committed to universal standards of morality, striving for spiritual self-improvement and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Public organizations of the university, deans of the faculty, graduating departments, namely curators of groups, are actively involved in solving these problems.

At the beginning of the academic year in September, curators are appointed by the graduating department and their curatorial work plans for the academic year are approved. On the basis of the approved work plan for the educational work of students, the curators of the groups organize work throughout the year. Curators control the attendance and progress of students in groups, the results of modules and payment for training contracts. In addition, the curators bring to the attention of the students and weekly discuss at the curatorial meetings the information received at the meeting of the department and the academic council of the faculty.

Students, together with curators, actively participate in cultural events organized at the department, at the faculty, at the university level and at the city level.
