            In the 2004-2005 academic year, the financial-juridical college was opened as part of the Faculty of Juridical of the correspondence form of training of the Osh State University. Based on the decision of the Academic Council of the Osh State University protocol number 4 on January 30, 2006 College of juridical was converted into a Financial-juridical college.
            In accordance with the decision of the State Inspectorate for the license and accreditation at the Ministry of Education and Science (Minutes № 8-07 dated September 26, 2006), financial and juridical school received a license number 352.  
                 Based on the decision of the Academic Council (protocol number 6 on February 2, 2007) and Rectors order (order number 40 of 13 February 2007) was opened department of professional and scientific disciplines.
            The Rector of Osh State University has been allocated an educational building on the street. Gagarin 271, to undertake the necessary repairs in the classrooms, improved material and technical base, equipped with computer classes, all conditions for the educational process.
             In the 2006-2008 academic year, he was appointed director of the college Atantaev Tursunkulov Atantaevich. In the 2008-2009 academic year was director PhD Associate Professor TA Akmatova In the 2009-2010 academic year, the director was Ph.D. Associate Professor TK Erkebaev
             From 2010 to 2013 academic years he led the College Ph.D. Associate Professor M Aybashev              From March 2013 to date, led by college Akmatova Tanavar Akmatovna. It makes a great contribution to the formation and development of the college.
             The organization and conduct of the educational process play an important role of Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Ph.D., assistant professor of N. Isakov A. Malikov and experienced teaching staff.       
       To date, the financial-juridical college are 7 departments that produce professionals in the following specialties:
1.Pravovedenie
2. Banking
3. Tax and Taxation
4. Economics and Accounting
5. The Finance and Credit
6. Software computer technology and automated systems
             educational training process serves the following departments:
1. Major languages of general subjects.
2. The Department of Natural scientific disciplines.
3. The Department of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technology.
4. The Department of Social Sciences of scientific disciplines.
5. Department of Law.
6. The Department of Finance and credit, banking.
7. The Department of accounting and taxation.
       The faculty of teachers is 68 people. Of these, 1 doctor of sciences, 8 candidates and associate professors, 16 senior lecturers and 43. Young teachers are trained in graduate and postgraduate studies at the Osh State University, the KNU, KSLA. Some teachers work on a doctoral dissertation.
