Elaman Zhalalov, the director of the cultural and aesthetic center of Osh City State University, won the first place in the vocal and instrumental direction in the traditional music show organized by the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism in cooperation with the Kyrgyz Traditional Music Foundation, which took place in the concert hall of the National Philharmonic named after T. Satylganov.

Along with this, E. Zhalalov was awarded with a badge "Excellence in Culture of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic. Thia award was presented by Minister Sultan Zhumagulov.

The Osh SU team cordially congratulates Elaman Zhalalov on winning the contest of Kyrgyz traditional music and a high award and wishes further creative success.
